A passionate yoga teacher with a gentle, grounded approach - Dee first fell in love with yoga at a class in 1982 - practising over the years before progressing to complete her 3 year yoga diploma in 2010. During this time Dee lived in an ashram for a year - dedicated solely to teaching yoga, living in harmony with nature and appreciating the simple life. Since then she has spent over 10 years teaching her own classes, including offering yoga at the Women’s Health Centre, Gosford Hospital Cancer Care and the Cancer Care Cottage.
