Experience yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to restore and revitalise. This beautiful practice is often included towards the end of my ‘Gentle Flow’ yoga sessions.

To prepare: make yourself comfortable with a light blanket, eye pillow and any props you may like to use (i.e. a bolster under your knees) - lay down in Shavasana pose (on your back) and prepare to journey within.
